The breakfast lacks variety, often missing items like orange juice and eggs, which can be a letdown after a night of lost sleep. Additionally, there were significant delays with laundry service, causing unnecessary stress regarding departure plans.

We got a room upgrade for free, which was super nice! The rooftop views were breathtaking, and breakfast was super tasty with fresh pastries. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our stay at all.
